Shipping Policy
Shipping Time - Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by special arrangement.
For example, selecting 1-Day or 2-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Your order will arrive one to two business days following the ship date.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BEZZITOS.COM or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Because most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we cannot include a packing receipt or invoice with the shipment of the products. The order confirmation that you received via e-mail serves as your official receipt. If you do not have your order number, please contact us at support@bezzitos.com.
We do not offer Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawai and Puerto Rico.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. BEZZITOS.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products for 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept your original purchase for refund or exchange.
Important. Due to Health and Hygiene Regulations and our customers protection, there will be no exchanges, returns or refunds for hosiery items and any shapewear that includes a panty or thong. If these items are returned they will be sent back to you at your expense. All sales are final on clearance items, items on sale and items bought with discount coupons.
Exchanges
- 1. The Customer will pay shipping charges for exchanges, including purchases with Free Shipping.
- 2. Charges for exchanges include shipping costs to send the items back to us and charges to send the new merchandise to the Customer.
- 3. Merchandise must be returned to us in new condition, unworn or unwashed, with all of the tags attached in its original packaging.
- 4. Upon reception of merchandise and verification of its new condition, we will exchange it.
- 5. All exchanged items must have an RMA number written on the outside of the package.
- 6. Any package received without an approved RMA will be refused by our shipping department.
Returns
- 1. The Customer will pay shipping charges for returns, including purchases with Free Shipping.
- 2. Merchandise must be returned to us in new condition, unworn or unwashed, with all of the tags attached in its original packaging.
- 3. Upon reception of merchandise and verification of its new condition we will refund it.
- 4. All returned items must have an RMA number written on the outside of the package.
- 5. Any package received without an approved RMA will be refused by our shipping department.
- 6. All returns will be credited to the original card used for purchasing less 15% restocking fee.
- 7. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- 8. Returns will be processed within ten business days.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we will pay for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Instructions to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization
- 1. Visit our Support Site here
- 2. Select the Category of your request
- 3. Select Bezzitos.Com as the Store.
- 4. Enter your Order Number, if you have one.
- 5. In Subject enter a brief description of your request.
- 6. In the message area, explain the nature of your request.
- 7. Press the button 'Submit ticket'.
- 8. You will receive an automated response immediately, then within the next business day another email will be sent by a Customer Representative addressing your request.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 2 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Payment Methods
BEZZITOS.COM is operated by KUKALAYA, LLC. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as payment to KUKALAYA,LLC.
Credit Cards. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. This charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to KUKALAYA, LLC.
PayPal. We are pleased to accept payment through PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments. PayPal enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online, safely and privately, and with no fee. PayPal provides industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card or Paypal to make purchases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Taxes
BEZZITOS.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Colorado. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
